2.2 Limited License Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access training materials for personal and educational use only.
2.3 Restrictions You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our content without prior written consent.
3. Land Deal Submissions
3.1 No Guarantee of Funding Submitting a land deal does not guarantee funding, partnership, or approval by Land Catalyst or the Land Catalyst Fund.
3.2 Accuracy & Responsibility Users submitting deals are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of all provided information. False or misleading submissions may result in account termination.
3.3 No Financial or Legal Advice Land Catalyst provides educational content only. We do not provide financial, legal, or investment advice. Users should consult professionals before making any investment decisions.
4. Payments & Subscription Terms
4.1 Training Platform Fees Access to certain training content may require payment. All fees are disclosed at the time of purchase and are subject to change.
4.2 Refund Policy Refunds, if applicable, will be subject to our stated refund policy. No refunds will be issued for completed courses or used services.
4.3 Subscription Cancellations Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time. Cancellation policies and access termination details will be outlined on the purchase page.
